Emily
Co-founder of Utalii Creative, DCI Wellness, and Akatuuti. Built three ventures through burnout, anxiety, grief, and self-sabotage, and redesigned the systems beneath her own performance to survive it. Lived experience, and systems design.

40+ years as a behavioural-health specialist. Clinical-grade depth, brought to every engagement she leads or supports.

Why I built this
I built three ventures while burning out. Chronic anxiety I told no one about. Perfectionism that looked like ambition from the outside. And then grief, after losing my father, that I didn't have a system for at all.
I kept trying to fix it by doing more — more discipline, more hours, more willpower. None of it worked, because the bottleneck was never my output. It was the systems running underneath it: how I thought, how I recovered, how I made decisions when it mattered most.
Rebuilding those systems is what let me sustain meaningful work instead of just surviving it. It's also what became DCI Wellness. The Blueprint is that same rebuilding, made into a method — the origin of the work, not the mechanism itself.
