How entry works

Apply
A short application, plus a non-refundable fee of UGX 280,000 (about USD 75) to be considered. Credited toward membership if you're selected.

Vetting
Applications are reviewed for fit. Not everyone is invited. That's the point.

Membership
If invited, membership is tentatively USD 2000/year, less your application fee, payable when the Circle launches.
The application fee is non-refundable whether or not you're selected. It covers your application review, a real service delivered now. Membership itself is forthcoming and only charged on selection.
